How to improve design quality to get rid of hard rejection?

hello,
I’m a New seller on ThemeForest. Recently I have submitted an item on ThemeForest and Envato Quality team rejected it. They just say this item isn’t quality standard. But I want to improve. So, please check this (http://themexposer.com/demo/eva/) and suggest me how can I improve.

Hi there:

Bad typography, background gray dark, need change gray light, need spacing more 80px top and bottom all sections, buttom no need shadow, etc you need practice more for approved sell themes on themeforest.
