I’m not currently using Salient Multipurpose Responsive Theme but have a license that I bought years ago. How can I give my developer access?
Can I share my log-in credentials? I know that I received a developer code, but without their having direct access to my account how can they log in to do so.

You cannot (or should not) give anyone access to your own login credentials. Your developer should be able to work out what to do, and if they cannot, then find yourself a new developer … 
Just download the theme (All files & Documentation) and provide that download zip to the developer. The developer will need the theme and purchase code to work with the theme. developer will never need your account access to work on the theme.
