How to get to talk with support for Cerato child theme

I have a website that was designed by someone else they used the Cerato child theme, i am no longer in touch with that person but I have a question for the developers of that theme what should i do?

Because you did not purchase the theme yourself, then support questions would be really down to the theme developers if they even wanted to help you. I see the theme was just recently updated on 15th January 2021, so for all we know your website is probably running an out of date version anyway.

You could ask the theme developers for support, but it might be useful to actually “pay for the theme” and get your own support questions answered that way.
