how to get refund

Dear Support team,

Last month I purchased PTS theme from themeforest. I downloaded 1 time to my local. I got try to install on my site. But today I come back to see. The theme was removed from Themeforest. I cant see anything. So how I can have support for product which I bought.

Can I take any alterlate theme or refund from Evanto.

Hi,

You can’t take alterante theme form envato because not Envato sells the themes. There are different vendors.

You can ask for refunds here.
