I have purchased an item from the Themeforest and just 6months passed and now I want to get refund because of pathetic theme and theme quality is very low theme is always showing critical error
It’s like returning an electronic device after 2 years when the warranty is over, you can’t request refund. You been using it for 6 months and just because it shows an error now ( it’s probably server issue )
You could get refund within the first 30 days. ( except supported items )

Even contacting the hosting support could solve the issue at most cases, I believe the user has changed his mind and just want to get the refund.
It seems unlikely that the author or Envato will approve a refund request after more than six months of use. It might be better to reach out to the author or your hosting provider, as sometimes it could just be a simple error causing the issue.
