I create a Tumblr Tool where the tool finds expired tumblr blogs based on the keyword, if it found expired keywords based on your niche, it will register to those sites. I want to post that in widows section of codecanyon.

But my question is, how to get approve that, cause last time i submitted my high authority backlink profile tool, but it was get rejected.
Any tips you people suggest to get approved
