How to get a refund for Envato Elements

I logged into graphic river and was about to purchase a pack, i get a notification to sign up for 16.50 per month, I find it attractive and i did, turns out its for envato elements. I cannot use graphic river and other envato sites through this subscription.

I feel cheated and want to request a refund.

Im making this a topic because there is no way to contact them and ask this.

Please help, $198 is wasted for me, as its no use.
