I have a design-template which has rather good sales. I wanna find a partner to develop it into HTML and WP. Any ideas where to look for a partner?

That’s fine for partnerships but selling full rights to items etc. should not use the forums
You need to be clear what % split, what account uploads it, who’s responsible for what etc.
With respect 7 sales in 6 months is not a huge amount and I think you will find that this is going to require quite a lot of work to get it to approval stage for WP especially
