How to enable a developer to access tech support?

Hello,

I have purchase a product via Envato, but the work will l be done by a developer. How can he log in, without being rejected, for tech support and use the forum and tech support when I have purchased the product? I will not be logging in for tech support, though I may log into Envato for other products, etc.

I do no direct this to the product developer, as this is a login issue.

This is for support with an item you bought here? Tech support for items is with the author not envato.

So you need to set up a support acocunt with the author using your purchase code and give the developer your logins
