How to edit Social Media icons (Hello Summer Child Theme)

I recently purchased Hello Summer Child Theme and I’m at a complete loss as to where I can edit the social media icons that are on the header and footer.

I need to remove the Twitter one and then edit the Facebook and Instagram ones so they are linked to our social media accounts.

I’ve looked everywhere over the course of several days and I can’t find them.

have you looked in Appearance => Widgets
and also in your theme Options!
I think you should find any/both of the above place.

Unfortunately I can’t find them in either of those places.
