It’s very likely that the author doesn’t have the rights to distribute that image and therefore it’s just there as a placeholder and you won’t be able to remove the watermark

Many ways can remove the watermark from pictures as long for legal purposes. Programs like Easepaint Watermark Remover etc. can do that. All you need to do just install a program and add needed pictures and start erasing.
