I bought a wordpress theme and author claimed that he issued me a refund and cannot see it anywhere on my account. pls help.

Hi: I purchased the theme
Mercury - Affiliate WordPress Theme and the license number is invalid. I contacted the author twice with no response. Can you please help me out. Thanks

If you have downloaded the item from Elements, you cannot register the item
If you have purchased the item from Marketplace ( ThemeForest ) there was an API issue recently, try again and make sure you have entered the correct purchase code ( without space )
If the issue persists, contact the item author.
