How to change font on just one page header

I am trying to change the font color on just one page/just one header in the Porter Pub theme. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

I guess I’d like to also change the default “Home>XYZXYZXYZ” text color in the header for just one/some pages, too. Thanks in advance.
