but I don’t find the area of the category to change.

hi I do not get it … just select the vector category in your dashboard (right side) when u start the uploading process and then when u have the main form to submit, select the most appropriate category as regard to your personal content that u want to submit …
Category in dashboard shown only when want to upload new item. but does not show in soft rejection link. will plz see the screen record…
this is normal u have to resume the upload process from scratch, u cannot displace the item only …
