How to chage a design of a Single product Tabs layout

Hi,
I use Woodmart theme and questions are following.
Is it possible to use Theme settings to set the Accordion state of Single product Tabs layout as “All opened”?
Is it possible to delete a scrolling in tab description of a Single product?
