How to Cancel Support

I extended support for Halo Themes because I needed their help on installing an update.

They replied that support does not do this and that I need to cancel the support through Theme Forest and pay them a fee instead to do the install.

How do I cancel the support through Theme Forest?

I paid for the support on July 3rd and requested a refund a week later when I realized the support was not going to cover what I needed.

It is now nearly 4 months later and I am still haggling with Halo Themes and Envato Market trying to get my refund.

Hi,

if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days.
