How to buy a theme and not being locked out of the account?

Hi,
We are trying to buy themes from themeforrest. We have tried 3 times from 3 different accounts.
Every time amount is being refunded and account is locked.
Can anyone please guide me what’s the proper way to buy from themeforrest without any problem?

We have tried to reach you but it’s been weeks and support is saying that they are unable to unlock for security reasons.
