I just bought 2 plugins (userspro and its membership addon) that are not working correctly. After contacting the support and getting to the conclusion they couldn’t help me i ask then for a refound (within 7 business day in order to do it under my buyer’s protection) but they told me i had to ask CodeCnyon.
The problem is they display no contact info.
How to contact them and get a refound ?
