I want to be an Envato template customization provider but couldn’t figure out how to.

You cna apply to be a service provider on envato studio here.
Bear in mind that with no files for sale here you are going to have to be able to demonstrate and prove experience, portfolio, expertise, qualifications etc. for envato to approve you let alone anyone hire you.
People tend to come there for customization which go beyond just editing standard theme features and often want deeper customization and integration so you will have to have skills and understand how to modify core theme functionality without creating other issues.

Yes, I see that it is necessary to have more than just basic skills. I think I’m able to do it but for sure I need Envato’s approval. How does it work? Do I have to take some kind of tests/tasks?
