How to add GPL License for Html web template

Hey , I am new seller and i made a HTML web template to sell its themeforest,
Now i want to add GPL License in its but i can not understand how to do that,
where i add License text or link, what file i actually need to add or do and how ?
Please Members help me to solve this problem
