How to add a simple hyperlink to my description in Audiojungle

I’m making music packs containing my audiojungle tracks. I’m trying to create a simple hyperlink for each track to add to the description.
For example, I need to take this track url: htps://audiojungle.net/item/beautiful-days-ahead/36641928 and create a simple hyperlink that just says: Beautiful Days Ahead

Can’t figure out how to do this…HELP!!!

there are sites where you insert a link to the track, write the name and you will be given a link that you put in the description
