How support should give to customer for WP Plugin.

If my plugin can’t install the user and if he give me 1 star feedback, then have anything to do to remove this feedback?

I don’t think you should worry s much about all this.
But if one bad rating is making you worry so much, then you can do something about it.

  • Try to contact that customer
  • Ask him where things went wrong.
  • Try to understand his problem and if possible try to fix the problem too.
  • After fixing the issue let him know about it.

It will be his decision to use your plugin again or not after that.
But the least you can do is, request him to remove the bad rating since the issue is already resolved.
