How many Avada licences do I need for a multisite (that is using 3 subdomains)?

I have created a multisite, which is set in the following way: on the main domain there is only a simple selections page, which point you to 3 separate subsites (on separate subdomains). All this is managed as a “multisite” in Avada. Is a single Avada licence enough in such a case?
