How long take the review in themeforest

I submit an item in themeforest
now it’s the day 9
and i don’t have any reply from the reviewer
Is this normal
or i have some problems with my item
waiting for the review process
how i can deal with the customer if my item was approved
How i can organize my study time and work time to give the customer the best quality of the support
one day per week to support is it enough

Somebody mentioned around 12 days at the moment.

As for support, I don’t do Wordpress stuff, but it will depend on how many sales you get and how many issues crop up after people start buying it and installing it. I guess only time will tell.

Keep in mind that if one day a week is all you need for support, don’t just spend one full day providing support and six days without. You’ll get some pretty angry customers, and no doubt some poor reviews if people are waiting up to six days to hear back from you. Probably best to set aside a certain amount of time every day, maybe not the weekends (I would, but that’s up to you), and see how it goes.

15 min or even 10 min per day for the support better that 5 hours in one day in week
