How long of faster response time,I have request help three days,still no response.Money paid,but credit not added.

ticket id 869007 yesterday,I’m afraid whether the help system work or not.
Are there any admin,please help.
There’re few Envato staff here but you should better to send a twitter to their support system with the ticket IDs
They may respond a bit quicker than usual

They slove the credit problem quickly before.
Don’t know why deply this time,it affect me a lot.Wish the staff can slove in time.
I find that envato don’t support paypal at some browser,when paid,credit won’t added,but money would taken away from your paypal.
so anyone use paypal to add credit,best to use popular browser lastest version.
