How long does it take for Envato support to respond?

I submitted a help ticket about 20hr ago and they have still not responded.

How long does it typically take them?

They do their best to reply as quick as possible but it can take days depending on what the issue is, volume of other tickets, etc.

I think they are kind of really busy, just think how many people are on here and you’ve got an idea.

That sounds like an item support issue, which is best raised directly with the author.

It’s been 10 days since I uploaded the first file, I’m afraid you have to wait a bit longer.
