Hi all,
I have tried to make payment for a template via themeforest and it has not approved my maestro card then i saw my card has been billed also the paypal account confirmed the payment but there is no credit nor a purchase on my envato . I have opened a ticket stating the details 3 days ago, there is no reply to ticket yet except the auto message. I know envato and themeforest are big busy companies and not hesitating about the hold money but i am tight in time, Now i am curious how long can it take that the envatote solve the problem?
