How long do the support take to respond to a refund dispute

Hello,

I raised a refund request about 9 days back that the seller rejected unprofessionally. I disputed the decision instantly, and I’ve not heard back from Envato yet. It’s been 9 days already.

How long do they usually take?

It would depend on the queue of open tickets and the reason for the refund but is usually within 10 (working) days.

Give up they will not give you your money, from my experience my money was gone they sided with the seller we are just a number to them if you are not satisfied, tough!
