I’m a freelance and have bought a template for the account of my customer.
What operations must I do to transfert the template’s licence to my customer ?

You cannot transfer the license. If you don’t have multiple items on your account ( Mathi64 ) only way is to give the username/password to the client so they could manage it by themselves

Yes. You’re essentially buying the file on your client’s behalf. Whether a regular or Extended License is needed will depend on your client’s use of the end product. Once you transfer the end product to the client (eg giving them source files for the item), be sure to link your client to our licenses and delete the item itself from your computer.

It’s indicate that “be sure to link your client to our licenses and delete the item itself from your computer.” : how I can create this link ?
You can just give them a copy of the license (from your downloads) and remove a copies from your systems.
They can then use the item but will still never have direct access to updates, support or the ability to redownload the item.
