How I can edit the email templates downloaded from Envato Elements ?

I can download the templates, but try importing in Mailwizz, however is so hard to edit. Which editor need to use to edit email templates and export in html when finish. ?

Depends which one but most you download will have a standard HTML version which you can edit in any editor, as well as variations for MailChimp etc.

I always find YouTube videos help -

As regards editing templates (html) on a computer I would suggest UltraEdit if you want the best, or Downloads | Notepad++ if you don’t want to pay for an editor software.

As with all templates (emails or themes) it takes time and learning to use and apply what you want to get from them.
