How I able to install PrestaShop theme without author support ?

I have purchased the PrestaShop theme from the author and tried install it by the instructions the author gave. Still I am not able to install it, I don’t think this goes under the service. Because I was sold an item that is not working. How I able to install PrestaShop theme without author support, please help any one.

You still should be able to contact the author customer support and explain the problem you are having. They can’t install it for you, but the should be able to guide you how to do it or at least explain what you are doing wrong.

Hi, Thanks for your advice but lat me explain 3 points, one, my paid service is expire, two, so many time i contacted with author but they did not response, three, from the beginning, i did not receive the Theme perfectly & when i bought the theme, they gave paid service. Now what is my solution?

Well in this case your best option is to contact Envato Customer Support.
