how genuine is to use comments in description area

Hi there. i m the new user here. Not sure its a right place to comment here. I want to know that how genuine is to write comments on description area. I mean that i found a guy

what he has done, he has created the images of comments and posted in the description area. so when ever new user view his item he got same image every time with comments one minute or 3 minutes ago. I think its a smart trick to attract customers.
