In my opinion you still have to work at design.
What can I do so
The first thing you have that same box background image everywhere.
A second problem is colors and contrasts. Try to do everything balanced.
For this I recommend reading Google Materials. You used the bootstrap without changing anything from default design . Also to be useful to your customers, tries to implement multiple functions.
