How do you get support

Most companies who sell products or services put a topic at the top of their page that says “SUPPORT”. Unfortunately, we can’t find anything on this website. Where is it?

We just purchased the MasterSlider which is suppose to come with 6 months of support??? How do we get support?

We’ve input the username and the MasterSlider Purchase code and clicked on Activate License and nothing happens. It still says: is not activated.

Please help…
