Your balance must meet the $50 threshold by the end of the month for it to be distributed on the 15th of the following month.

For instance, your balance must be $50 or more by the end of September to be distributed on October 15th.

Also, you will need to make sure that you have setup your Payout method. After Payout method setup done if you meet the minimum payment threshold of $50 then there will be auto payout each month (15th for Envato market).
