I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but how do I transfer a recently purchased themeforest theme to a client’s themeforest account so they can manage it and own the license now? Is there a number or email for envato support so they can help with this? This is somewhat urgent. Thank you.
Thank you. I was able to find an email address for themeforest support in my work email account and seem to have successfully created a ticket with them. Hopefully they can help with the transfer. If you know of the steps to make the transfer, please feel free to share them here. Thank you again.
You just have to provide them with the license purchase code and remove the item from your computers/installation.
They will never be able to access downloads or updates as tjst is tied to the buying account
