If I go to that link, it takes me to a preview window - understandably…however, I can’t type in the song code with a search result. Am I missing something? How do I refined songs that I’ve downloaded previews to?
Thank you!..but is there a way I can find these myself? That would be a better workflow. I had the same issue on a song yesterday too + spend 2hrs trying to find it again. In the past I’ve renamed the preview so I could find songs, but don’t want to go back to that method if there is a better workflow.

Well, I didn’t use soundizer in this case (due this track is very popular) and I’m afraid there is no other way that you can track except soundizer at the moment. I would suggest to rename the preview files as soon as you download it, so you won’t loose time for searching it again.

Good Luck
Okay, thanks. I’ll go back to my old method. Seems odd though - you’d think it would be in Envato’s best interest to have an obvious way to research by code for people to purchase their music - like other sites do. …or have the preview name come up as the song name instead of ‘preview1.mp3’ etc

I believe that if you use Chrome, the previews are labelled with the song and author name now. I think we just have to get it working with Safari, if I’m correct.

Great. Thanks for this. I’ll try Chrome next time.

I’m using Chrome and have this problem still - I’m going through the same issue trying to find the track my client liked! An advanced search would at least allow us to look for the same track length…
hello all
i’m having the same problem …
preview eveh nas a sort of number in filenamo so i would try to search by it like in any other library and nothing happens … why are you making life of your customers so hard, please? also whi not sign by e-mail, everytime i try to sign here, i automatically type in my e-mail and then website reminds me that i have to use an username … which i have to search somewhere in my gmail folders … why not make things simple and easy for everyone please?
