How do I make this animated logo into a transparent background?

I purchased the “Clean Ripple Logo” animation yesterday and followed the instructions in After Effects to get my logo in place of the default… worked great…but the background is white… not transparent… and when I toggle the transparency grid nothing happens… cant find any help on this

any and all help is greatly appreciated…

Hi! You need to turn off backgrounds layers befor you render. They can be hidden (or not). If they are hiden, you need to turn on the hidden layers. It’s hard to say how this project is organized. It’s better to ask for the help author of the project
