In Envato’s licensing terms they mention that, “If an Item contains an image of a person, even if the Item is model-released you can’t use it in a way that creates a fake identity, implies personal endorsement of a product by the person, or in connection with sensitive subjects.” I’ve licensed this video, but I don’t see anywhere whether the actors are model-released. Does that mean that they aren’t? Any clarification would be helpful.
