I just nought the blanco theme for magento. I dont know how or where it needs to be installed in. Do i install it in magento or godaddy. Does magento host my site for me. I am so lost. Somebody please help.

The documentation “should” explain that if it’s well written. If it’s not, you should contact the author directly.
If you’re looking for Magento-specific hosting (which you should be), check out my profile page for a recommendation. I do not suggest running Magento on GoDaddy under any circumstances.
