How do I Initiate Refund

On April 24, I subscribed to a one-month plan, but it appears that my account has been charged monthly until September 24. I have not downloaded any content or utilized the service beyond the initial month. I apologize for any confusion or oversight on my part.

Could you please assist me in determining if it is possible to receive a refund for the charges incurred beyond the initial subscription period?
