How do I get a refund???

I am bitterly disappointed with two license I have purchased - I went through the refund process only to find they only give you a drop down menu of the last 3 or four purchases with NO OPTION to enter the actual purchase.
There is no contact email, they site works hard to hide the contact info saying they do not refund anything ever - they just give you credit to your next purchase (as detailed in the T&C we all agree to apparently). I feel totally ripped off.

The refund page does say:
“This list displays your most recent purchases. If you need help with an older purchase, contact the Help Team.”

So assuming your issue falls within this explanation then you need to open a ticket with support

The T&Cs also say:
“If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase.”

So if you paid directly then you will quite possibly be refunded the same way.
