I purchased a theme and had an issue. I didn’t realize that the authors had a policy of providing support M-F nor that they were in the Netherlands (I’m in the US). So, I would like to change my rating and review for the better, but can’t figure out how to do so.

Go to your profile on the marketplace and choose “Downloads”, in that section you should see all of the items you have purchased with a place to choose a star rating, once you select a rating it will ask you to give a reason for the rating, and an optional review. As far as I know this is the best way to go about reviewing an item.

I have exactly the same question… However, I left my initial review via the downloads section.
If I leave another review, does it update my previous review?
Can confirm it does, in fact, update previous reviews.
