How do I delete Lorem ipsum placeholder text in my copy of Avada?

I’m using Avada photography theme, from a pre-built site. When following a link from the header menu to a blog page, the Lorem ipsum text appears under the images on the post. When I click onto the image, this text disappears, replced by the caption I wrote. But how do I stop the lorem ipsum text appearing in the first place and delete it? I can fine no trace of it in the source info.
