Hi,
I believe the theme you’re using is Artemis, based on your site’s source code. I had a look at the documentation and couldn’t find any mention of submenus. I also checked the item comments - same thing.
It is possible the item does not have native support for submenus. But, we can’t say for sure here, since we didn’t make that item.
I would advise you ask the author of the theme in their comments section or from their support page.
