Hi. I did not write down the support ticket #, and I would like to check the status. I opened it a day ago, and have yet to hear from anyone. I can understand that it may take a bit of time, but perhaps an email saying “We will assist within n days, etc”
You can’t really unfortunately - just have to be patient as it can take up to several days.
I have opened five to ten support tickets of various subjects and almost all responses came on second day (my time zone). Support team will contact you soon, at least letting you know that your issue is gonna be solved, if not with the final solution.
