Hello everyone.
I have big problem with people purchased our theme but he want to refund and i say ok with Envato contact.
But now his 1 star vote still on our theme voting.
How to remove it ?
Do anybody can update voting process for now ???
Making people vote 5 stars really hard but only one mistake or you do not want to do custom work for your customers. He will vote for you one star for no reason.
Sometime that make us really stuck
