How can I sell Redesiged theme of Envato Elements???

Hello Members,

I wanted to know how can I sell a theme I designed by taking inspiration and some assets from Envato elements.

For Example, If there is an Elementor Template I Liked, I will create the same template in Block Editor and then I want to sell it to multiple people.

What’s the best way of doing it.

I think that first sell in market envato if you will to be good seller, point, etc later you can submit application envato elements approved. If now you submit elements envato will to be hard rejected.

Worth noting a few things:

  1. If you cannot design/code original items without the need of using existing assets then you are going to have a problem being an author here

  2. You cannot use existing assets or design in new items (on envato or other marketplaces) without permissions/agreement with the original author

  3. You could license items each time and incorporate them in a new project for a client but that would be on a one by one basis and not batch reselling
