How can I prevent random blog posts in Betheme?

Hello Team,
I have been using Betheme for about 2yrs now but I have recently seen an issue with one of the websites that runs with the first Theme I bought.

I get random posts poping up every day of the week between the clock1130 - clock1230: with my web admin username. I have other posts I made but these posts that spring up from nowhere.

I need advice or help as to how to resolve this issue.
