Hello. I went to my site today and the page that I use Essential Grid all of sudden is not playing audio. My front page which has a featured video and does not use this plugin is fine. Need to fix this ASAP. How can I get someone from Envato to look at it?

I have no idea where to post questions. There appears to be no true documentation or forums associated with this plugin. Huge pain.
